Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Warehouses & Shipping Responsibility
We have return warehouses located in both the EU and the USA. If your return is accepted, you may choose to send your item back to the warehouse closest to your location.

For returns due to product defects, damages, or shipping-related issues
→ Return shipping is covered by us. -
For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size, no longer needed)
→ You are responsible for the shipping cost from your address to the return warehouse.
Once the returned item is received at the warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement according to our policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Once the issue is confirmed to be shipping-related, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Free return with a full refund (return shipping covered by us), or
- Free replacement of the same item (replacement shipping covered by us)
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Handmade-to-order items
- Disposable / single-use items
- Sales items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
