Processing & Dispatch
We take great care in packing every order, especially delicate items.

  • In-stock items: Processing takes 2–6 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 2 weeks.
  • Handmade-to-order items: Processing takes approximately 15–20 business days (unless in stock). This does not include shipping time.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: $12 USD per order
  • Free shipping on orders over $59 USD

Important Note: We do not ship to military bases, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid civilian address.

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means all duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your total — you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

In rare cases where customs delays or additional charges occur due to local regulations, please contact us — we’ll help resolve the issue.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. You can also track your order anytime from the "Track Your Order" link in our website footer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

📦 Please note: Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
