Step 2 — Send Us Your Cat’s Photos
Email clear photos of your cat’s front, side, back, tail, and paw pads to support@meowceramics.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Step 3 — Receive Your Design Sketch
Our designer will create a digital sketch based on your photos and email it to you within 3–5 business days for your review and approval.

Step 4 — Hand-Painting & Kiln-Firing
Once you approve the sketch, we hand-paint your cat’s portrait onto the ceramic cup and kiln-fire it at high temperature for lasting durability and food safety.

Step 5 — Final Approval & Shipping
After firing, we email you photos of the finished piece. Upon your confirmation, we carefully pack and ship your order.
